Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your jewelry. This policy applies to both regular-price and sale-priced jewelry.

For a standard return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and any tags. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Defective or worn-out jewelry is covered separately by our lifetime replacement guarantee.

How to Start a Return

Email Support@armaithri.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before mailing your item.

Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and paying return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact Support@armaithri.com.

Exchanges

For a different size or style, request a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Defects and Lifetime Replacements

Armaithri guarantees lifetime replacement of jewelry purchased from us for defects or wear and tear, including jewelry that has worn out. This replacement coverage continues beyond the 30-day return period. Email Support@armaithri.com with your order number to arrange a replacement. Replacement shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

European Union Orders

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you may also cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. For a standard return, items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
